Cooking with rice bran oil....yes !
We used to use grape seed oil for a short time and gave it up because it created a horrible sticky mess everywhere.
I'm glad we did stop because I have just learned that it is a deadly killer, full of Omega6, bad stuff indeed!
We thought being from grapes it would be healthy. Not so!
Rice Bran Oil is the best healthy stuff to use.
