re: in play I'm thinking about it - but just can't see enough upside offset the downside if CDO reject this offer. Their key financials indicators are in decline - and the offer seems very generous given this. If I were a holder now I would probably vote for the takeover and move my funds to a better performer in the sector such as RJS or one that has potentially turned the corner like MRL (would like to see the next set of results first though on MRL before taking a position though - still some risks there).
