Urrm, not even related to Reffind except that it is to do with employee engagement. It would be great if eventually Reffind can add a 5th product relating to harnessing internal innovation - something similar to 1PG and the McDonalds example.. Call it Reffind Innovate or Reffind Talent or something whereby employees are asked to contribute an idea relating to a particular problem the company is trying to solve or innovate. Very doable and gets employees engaged and motivated plus ideas coming from people on the frontline are much more relevant doesn't matter what roles they are in.
