What God did is tweak a chromosome in the womb of a 15 year old girl.

Stupid statement is stupid. How does a unique action performed by THE God equate to a mandate or an approval for people to do the same?

Also there are plenty of stupid laws out there these days that SHOULD be disobeyed, but if the state is your God (as it seems to be for most people) then I can understand why you would advocate complete obedience.
