By this, I assume you mean that if there is no longer any prospect of negotiations in good faith between Zijin / Nkwe and minority shareholders, then these united and well organised minorities will be left with no other option but to go in very hard with legal claims for compensation for the lack of transparency they have experienced.

If this is your meaning, then I fully agree with you ... It's obviously not the preferred option, but it takes 2 willing parties to negotiate, and so far there's only been one.
