If ECT INDIA under the tripartite agreement in a 3 way split contribute $$$$ then eligible for 100% rebate on the R&D.
With that incentive available then the pre commercial plant could be funded by only ECT INDIA and have full ownership thus receiving $10 million back on the R&D .
Just getting better..............................towards the 10c party.
