Not sure why anyone would have expected the resource upgrade to be announced on a 'one off' trading day before Australia Day, with many people taking a long weekend and so a reduced potential buyer interest. More likely Thursday or perhaps Wednesday. Even next Monday when most are back to work full time is possible even though it is February when January had been indicated.
