Approval "subject to the Company satisfying various conditions precedent typical for a transaction of this type ".

Didn't i say that the reason for the delay could be due to the incompetence and inexperience of the company to satisfy the formalities? Look at what we have now??? They have not even satisified various conditions TYPICAL for this type of transaction. That is, they cant even get something TYPICAL right in the first place. Again, like i said before, not surprising from the history of this company.

So still blaming ASX for everything skyscraper and byron???
