I tend to agree. I think current management has done a great job at cleaning up what looked like a pretty messy situation. A company that I thought might not make it through is close to cleaning itself up and has $8m in the bank.
On top of this two of the directors have reasonable equity stakes that they have forked out real money for. All of these negative comments suggesting this is a horrible deal would suggest that these guys are happy to burn their own equity. I strongly doubt this is the case.
As embarrassing as it is I have had this stock for a long time (which suggests I am down significantly) but for the first time I can remember we have a management team that looks to be making the right moves. Chasing the latest hot thing (tech startups) might be great for the short term but that is all it is good for, short term, the correct move is to make good long term business decisions.
