@Vikings There is certainly the risk that JKL don't win either of the current cases, but the risk of having significant adverse costs orders against them is very low. In the funding agreements there is almost always an allowance for JKL to pull out of funding a case, provided they give notice. They will most likely withdraw from the US case if the preliminary hearing is not favourable for them, and if it is a settlement will likely occur. Similar situation with WOR case.
