Well of course they would say that. What would you expect them to say? I doubt anyone here seriously thinks that FAR or any of the JV partners would not be in receipt of material information that we as shareholders are not privy to.
Ill give you an example, some people on here don't think they tested all the sands at SNE 2.
So if they didn't test them all because they were that good then surely that would be material information? If they did and have not reported it then they are clearly in breach.
One can only assume from FAR that they did not test the lower sands because they simply were not testable for whatever reason, if they are in complete compliance.
My point really is the tight hole is asking you to trust us and does not enable you to invest with complete clarity and unfortunately in the current market IMO this is a major impairment to FAR and its shareholders. DB
