Stephen highlights in the interview the fact that it was a "very big decision" for him to make the jump over to MOZ.
I'm convinced that he really did his homework before making the decision and that's why I feel comfortable in the knowledge that Mozambi's progression to the next level is not a question of "if" but "when".
