    Tesltra should make a pre emptive strike for UNW now and it will secure the WI Max technology for itself.


    It really will be the standard when it is fully operational.

    The synergies and benefits for TLS would be enormous and would give TLS domination in the wireless market.

    UNW has a market cap of $77m as of yesterdays close.

    $150m would be cheap wouldn't it???????
