Derham - you clearly have not followed the story, and the way Forrest (Hogan and others) made a bundle out of the initial deal, and zillions of options to boot. Please go and research their MO.
They did not go out on a limb for OSL, or any other of their 'floats'. They generally deal with a very small band of sophisticated investors and make a good return in these deals. It appears that said investors keep coming back for the next one so one must assume they are making money out of these deals, and the only way that occurs on a regular basis is knowing when to get out. I have no view at to the current SP represents a good get out price, or when the regulatory notices come in. If and when they do, just watch the volume as this is the cover they need to get out.
