It's funny isn't it, how we were worried about Oil and now we are worried about financing
If/when it is deemed commercial, what are your thoughts around the accessibility of debt financing?
BTW, I commented recently that I think Senegal will sell their share, under their PSE plan, I don't think they will be able to raise as much as they want to, so selling out of this - could be a quick boost, whilst using proceed's of the PSC to then contribute opex and or use it to repay debtors. http://www.theafricareport.com/West/senegal-country-profile-2015-salls-plan-is-emerging.html
