The Saudis are convenient whipping boys but they are all dreadful.
The Russians need higher oil prices to prevent their economy(and military) from collapsing.
The oil superpowers need oil much much higher than $30.
They can very conveniently blame speculators for their collusion.
We are now cheering them on and as such we are all part of this hypocrisy.
