because why would anyone invest in a company with 1.93 billion on the registry, sitting at $0.001, zero cash... only way they could pay back debts was by handing over worthless shares in a bid to dilute the price even more, not giving a sh*t about shareholders. the failed "deal" with POS always smelt funny to me. this company is a joke
