Nothing I'd like more also but this argument goes back some way.
(1) are they meeting their duty of disclosure? there are arguments both ways and its a grey area
(2) Whose policy is this tight hole business and can they get out of it? It appears to be CNE the operator who has it in place. Can we break it? Unlikely if there needs to be an agreement between all parties. Not sure if penalties are involved or whether it'll be simply met with displeasure.
Unfortunately I think we have to lump it until COP take over as operator.
