It truly boggles my mind that SGH paid such an enormous amount (including vast sums spent on so-called 'due diligence') for this company. I suppose one can always defer judgment to the fullness of time (as a shareholder in denial and deep in the red will tend to do) but at this stage of the game everybody (except for Mighty and that Scottish guy - assuming they are different people) agree that SGH paid in orders of magnitudes too much for this dog.

And so I wonder, what motivated Mr Grech & Co. to sign off on such a lousy deal? Did the memory of past successes go to their heads? Did greed and ego cloud their judgment? Or were they bedazzled by the smooth talk of clever confidence men?
