I'm surprised that know one has commented on one very important transition - Garth is now Managing Director. You'll note when he came on Board he was CEO, NOT a Director.
Now no doubt he wouldn't take on the obligations, including legal, of being a Director when he first came on Board.
Having now completed his Due Diligence he must be completely ok with the company's status, including financial position.
This to me is the most positive message from the Announcement.
