I believe there is more upside than downside, hence why I hope for the best.

But a quarterly with no real plan will result in a major drop in share price, hence the lack of buying interest of late. The fall is a risk I am taking since FERC approvals are around a fortnight away and with that may be BTAs. I am expecting FERC approval to be granted.

No BTA shortly after FERC, I am out. I am not waiting 2 years for this company to realise its goals and for another capital raising, which gets closer each day, even though it could be over 12 months away.

It is a difficult time to hold, but upside exceeds downside in my opinion.
