Didn't trade today, just watched. Had things to do this morning and I find if I don't get my mind in the right space from the get go - premarket and time to look around, watch the open etc, I don't have a 'feel' for the market at all. 2 hours after the bell just doesn't work for me. Anyone else find this or can you just pop in and out regardless?
