Totally agree WNM, it is unlikely any loans will be forthcoming prior to cash exhaustion, as it was mentioned
DD will be completed during the second quarter therefore a CR seems inevitable. This has been provided for with the 15 & 25% allowable allottment at the AGM. Unfortunately and in my opinion only this is the reason the SP being kept around 16c as you may note any increase lately has been rapidly sold into. This is exactly what happened prior to the last two CR's. I sincerely hope SH's will be able to participate but I think that will be unlikely, maybe a CSI will fill the void and not just SI's. Happy to hear other comments
