If Feb meeting with POC1 turned out to be a negotiation where would you be on the deal scale?
1. Do the deal take whatever upfront and a low royalty to get the signature
2. Do the deal but make the upfront big and royalty low
3. Do the deal but low upfront and high royalty
4. Hold out for a few months and go for higher on either
5. Hold out for up to 6 months and max everything
