$1.2m Income of WMC (that you hold shares in).

The 3 Australia directors of WMC
(you need 3 local directors) are paid out of the
$1.2m
The other 2 get $1 out of WMC

Even if they get 20% to WMC.
$2.4m less expenses will be about 1-1.5c per shares.
That's my interpretation but read the prospectus carefully and dyor.
