Does anyone on hc have any history of how CAJ got started and the interests of various directors in any of the subsequent takeovers or merged diagnostic groups acquired by CAJ? I first was alerted to.this company bt Motley Fool and nearly bought shares before their increase to the $1 region but never purchased and forgot about the stock until it dropped to current. 20 cent levels but I'm now wondering a great deal about the foundations upon which it was structured and if it anything much like SGH, Shine, Greencross, etc as someone did raise the issue as to how much it will cost to replace all the quickly dated imaging equipment as new more up to date equipment is hitting the market might be the reason most imagine company owners were so.quick and eager to.merge or sell to CAJ.

Im not sure how realistic these suggestions could be valid as indeed the group.is earning substantial revenues from the services they currently offer. What does come to mind about the entrepreneurial vendors might decide to restart new imagine businesses by buying new technology equipment and starting new imaging groups would not be out of the question surely and to compete with CAJ. Of course that would depend on how many vendors sold out at the higher share prices of course.

Anyway anyone who could dispel my fears on the questions I have raised would be welcomed to make comments as I do hold some few shares in a smaller related industry company RHT and was thinking CAJ might see it as a potential worth buying at some stage to diversify it's income as mist of RHT business is earned providing services to overseas hospitals.
