Thought I would mention Nuheara which is listing through WAC. Rocky road with the initial prospectus being rejected by ASIC on the basis only a desk top prototype and no guarantee re success or that it could be produced in line with their cost estimates.
Announced they now have working prototype although some further software work needed. Released another prospectus this time for 2.5 not 2c and this time fully underwritten.
Think fully diluted MC is something around 15.2m not including performance shares.
