    Hi guys, just doing some reading.

    Am I right that once trading starts there will be 963M shares on issue so at 2c RCM will have a MC of ~20M?

    About 254M shares will be in escrow, leaving a free float of ~700M.

    RCM has significant broker coverage and there will be comparisons with the very successful 1page.

    Why has it taken so long to relist?
