Surely if everyone just sit down both OPEC and non OPEC and say we all cut prod by say 20%. The price would probably double and their market share would be the same and they would be making more money and using less of their reserve.
Is Saudi that hell bent on teaching other people a lesson? If that's the way they think, no wonder there are so much problem in that part of the world.
