I and others have posted plenty of facts previously, if you choose to ignore them or discount them because they don't suit your view point that is your choice.

I have posted previously about the board and their commitments, I am not going to waste my time re-posting them again just for your convenience.

I liked their claim that the consolidation would increase liquidity, you would have to be stupid to think that reducing the number of shares available for trading would make the stock more liquid.
