One of the main reasons they bought back l7 was because they had some key technical people who were experts in different areas of government. If this helps them get govt contracts it will be well worth the money and alot more. Nothing out of this quarterly should have bought selling, its just pure manipulation. It will keep going up and down like this till the market cap is alot higher and harder to manipulate.

Compared to other businesses in the same area it is well undervalued. Should be 50 mill market cap at least.
