1) the company will have a MC of 19m and an ev of around 13m at 10c which isn't expensive compared to other listing.
2) I can't see any major clients already signed up? Have I missed any that have been mentioned?
3) the company is not 27001 certified which means it will not comply with the data protection policies of most large organisations. This is a biggie as it pretty much means sensitive data stored in the cloud is not safe. Which is probably why I couldn't find any large clients on board already.
3) it is mandatory for organisations to conduct AML (anti money laundering) checks on all new recruits but this is not part of the offering here.
4) it is not a legislative requirement to store and maintain recruitment checks outside of AML checks so this is a nice to have offering.
5) most white collar jobs don't have qualifications outside of university and tafe qualifications which need to be confirmed so I see this product suiting blue collar workers more which reduces the target market.
