Just some clarification, they didn't pick up any key people who were experts in different government areas.
I can name the personal they picked up, and they hold no specializations nor anything they couldn't get from a guy on the street.
What they did get was two partner certifications
Cisco Gold & EMC.
The Cisco gold one I doubt they will retain post March, recert date.
A lot of this was buying the L7 name back, but the inherent liabilities that came with it are going to be troublesome.
In saying that, this is just one deal, and shouldn't over shadow the rest. The government tender is an EOI and CNW won't win it even if was a legitimate tender, they don't have the size, flexibility or Inhouse skills to pull it off at this stage.
Again, I hold CNW and recently topped up.
