Ann: Agreement with New York based debt financier executed, page-91

I wish I could say that this management could bang this one up to 10c, but to be honest I’ve lost a bit faith in them…maybe it’s the mud and the old connections that still drags with the company along with the inability to wack out news without some sort of F$%& up attached

Technical knowledge wrt the techs, you could do no better. Fozard certainly added something to it commercially when he came in , but all those Menzies, GW, Platinum Rd connections.. Well I could do without and I wish they were cut lose and let them torpedo away into the horizon , so today might be exactly what many in here have actually been hoping for wrt New York Funds

They seem to get a bit too excited and shoot the bolt too early; we’ve had the famous ‘Monash imminent’ and the ‘Transaction’. I reckon we’d be near half way to that 10c they had of got the sequencing / Timing of the Signing and Capital management right. Unfortunately I think there’s been a fair amount of reputational damage done up to this point….todays Ann was really positive, as was the signing and who would have ever thought that we’d be stuck in the low 2s after the news we’ve been given.

They’ve released some great news over the last 12-18 months; news and events that had been certainly cleaning up that old reputation; but the last screw up was a disaster and its fallen into a bit of a ‘twice burned thrice shy’ zone now with retail investors I feel.

Fair bit of damage control required and that’s nuts considering the quality of tech that they are promoting .

Anyway end of my rant and it was really good news today.
