    Here is what i heard :
    EL1093 was terminated on 14 December 2015
    The Administrator has failed to announce this to the market for two weeks.
    the entire DOCA has fallen apart and there are about $6,000,000 in debt in PNG which has melted down
    Summit will probably be in liquidation within days.
    Indochine will follow.
