Cunning move if it was a pro leveraging off the Director Resignation announcement in order to tree shake. The resignation does not appear to warrant it, sounds more like maybe an illness or other personal issue preventing full time employ. Its not like its some kind of BOD falling out situation. Director is to continue in a supporting role. The SP dump on open was not justified.
