I don't know why you're going on about hostile takeovers of biotech companies.

A quick glance at the company structure will tell you that management have far more than the required amount to insulate against a hostile takeover. It's not going to happen. Which is one of the many reasons I have invested in this company.

TGA approval will follow the US FDA approvals, the latter are the gold standard.

Your posts reads like a stream of consciousness rant, generalisations interspersed with a lot of acronyms winding up with a weird conclusion that the ASX is not the place to be. For goodness sake, do some specific research on MSB and then tell us why you have reached your conclusion.

All I can say is IMO MSB is grossly undervalued and massively manipulated. It's been shorted and not all those moves are transparent to the market. ASIC simply doesn't audit the figures they get on shorting and won't endorse them as complete or accurate; they confirm that on their website. The situation in the US is not vastly different. There are insufficient resources and the regulator is not highly motivated.

People who can join the dots realise this is an opportunity.
