At a big meatworks here in brisbane, amh has employed a large number of chinese workers as amh had some 980 employees leave in last 12 months due to poor conditions and wages, funny enough the chinese workers who were doing less skilled jobs are being paid a higher rate than the aussies doing same jobs because chinese couldnt understand why some were paid more than others so higher rate is apid to all chinese, leaving aussies to think they are second class , and skilled shortage?? no way, all chinese had to be trained are were trained to do higher paid jobs in front of aussies who had seniority.
