Are you a lawyer or have legal expertise ?
No matter the reason, like not getting on with some on the board, or some wanting to get rid of him, or the company not having smart/knowledgeable enough lawyers, etc, the fact remains that John Heugh was judged as wrongfully dismissed, and he was paid $1.6million for it.
Apparently the biggest payout for a long time in such cases, so do you think the judge would have made such a large payment lightly ?

I humbly disagree. Yes I did get to speak to him once on the telephone, which I have not tried to do with RC but I gather this would not be easy from other posts on HC. I did have a free and open discussion with RC at the investor briefing I attended in Melbourne."
I spoke to him, John Heugh, a number of times, emailed him, and received emails back, ... unlike Richard Cottee talking to a peasant share holder, ie, I only got to talk to him once at his meet and greet in Melbourne in 2012.
So, ... a fact that IMO, "John Heugh communicated with share holders and made them feel part of the team."
