I may be slightly ignorant here but what is the difference between a listed law firm having a conflict of interest between the court, clients and shareholders and a company such as Ramsay that is the largest operator of private hospitals. Surely they also have to operate (pun intended), under similar circumstances where they are also answerable first to the Medical Profession, clients ie patients and then to the shareholders.
