You know whether or not they will make it in a *reasonable* time by (IMO) looking at the types of questions they ask. If they ask clinical, unless it's clarification on data provided by you or simple in-vitro data you know you're not gonna make it *in a reasonable time* - because chances are you need to go back and do more trials etc. If it's manufacturing, (I dare say) you will probably make it in a reasonable time, because these questions are process related and are solvable
