Thanks Bryman, they had to do this imo so that they could finalise the deal, why else agree and end this debarcle of a finance agreement! I hope that the pump guys read this and concede that they were had and because of the situation they had to accept!
What a balls up, what a joke, near on 28m shares issued at an average of 27c odd (quick math in the head) and they can walk!
I'm glad they did this because it meNs that Amgen wanted no more of the sh#t that was diluting the company week after week, but it's just unfortunate that this was signed in the first place, Alan you had much better options, much better!!!!!!!!
Ok, so this means there's the last thing I was worried about out of the way, only 5 days extension and now this CONNED Note is put to rest, this smells like a deal coming anytime soon to me, any time
