This is the company's strategy as I understand it bar, to cement their position and make their name in a small field (CHD) and then evolve out into larger fields (valve repair, valve reconstruction, vascular....) although the company recognised the importance of nailing that first small area of specialisation first.... This I believe was and is the right strategy.
Vascular will be a HUGE market and revenue maker for AHZ <3 years.
