my thoughts,

1) I think they are saving their cash to pay the divi. If most profits are in the form of infoprotect shares and what ever cash came from the deal goes straight back into infoprotect there isnt a great deal extra to go around. This is a good thing I think. Maintaining the divi should put a solid floor under the shareprice no matter what the results.

2)I guess institutional investors need two things to invest, liquidity and a degree of certainty. If sen shares are currently fairly priced based on published infomation there is just no liquidity at this level to accumulate. The certainty will come from seeing the sales data, particularly ethernet sales which isnt available yet. SONET sales got off to a great start but there was no follow up and thats why we are back in the 30's. Ethernet market is much bigger but they have to prove themselves.
