Cazz said the foundations are already there and further rain shouldn't impact. Construction should be completed by commissioning which is 18 months away.
So if my understanding of what you're trying to say is rain is going to continue to push out construction for at least another two years putting a halt to any production sales? All because of a photo someone uploaded to Facebook of the unfortunate submerged ferry. And you're trying to show that I, or Cazz, are actually saying that?
