Yep, I do not think there is any big news yet...just known follow on stuff and as it's low liquidity/tightly held and closely watched so when someone does want to buy they tend to chase up the price until it's attractive to the sellers..then the reverse happens

When it does make a move it will be well above the 7c mark, so breaking say 8c on volume would seem to be a buy (more) signal.

I expect this to pay back big time later this year.
