    it's obvious why the market is saying "meh"...

    Firstly "the Chinese" as you call them (IBML) have not bought anything at any premium
    Secondly, the "deal" so far is a non binding Heads of Agreement which is basically the pre-contractual stage of negotiations of a possible intention to proceed further.

    not that long ago MNM had a Memorandum of Understanding with China Success which was hailed as the deal of the century here triggering all sort of wild speculations and now they just walk off... what guarantee is there that they wont walk off the HOA with IBML?

    all a bit too fuzzy IMO hence "meh"...
