Stupid question for the week: If china takes a week holiday for the cny - what is the purpose of the mills stocking up? Do the mills continue to manufacture while the wharfs are shut down? Why buy up when port stockpiles sit at 92m tonnes? I understand its this traditional restocking prior to the cny that has pushed prices up this week.........
