Small caps with mc < $100m are very much a part of the investment universe of the brokers I mentioned in my post. If there is a problem, it's got more to do with the fact that they are unlikely to initiate coverage until such time as they can base their analysis on audited accounts and obtain a clear line of sight into the prospects of the business.
