Fair enough, I can't deny I've taken some losses but bought more lower. I've recovered most of them, although it's hard to recover yet on say SLR and PRU when they're down 95%. However, I had 1000 SLR and 1000 PRU when they were $4. Sold 500 of each about $3.50 so that loss is really a profit as I bought thousands of both at 60c-ish and sold on the way up. Now I have 10x more of each, and many others, as I did in 2009-10 so that's the bright side. Main thing is I've been buying really low this time, so I expect to make much, much more. I also trade now rather than just hold. It's great fun, especially when you're in the world's best stocks
